The R80, with it's large 80mm flat burrs, bag clamp and shaker, cast aluminium adjustment dial, double ventilation cooling system and 500g per minute grind speed for espresso and the ability to grind down as fine as Turkish coffee is an excellent option for any cafe looking to increase their coffee making capabilities.
